Join our team as a part-time Finance Manager at Ninthroot!

SCHEDULE: Part-time, 10am-3pm MT, Monday through Friday. This is a hybrid role, requiring alternating onsite and remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
- Manage financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and reconciling accounts
- Handle tax-related tasks such as collecting income, managing Ebiz Charge and ACH, and updating financial records
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including managing internal accounts and credit cards, paying invoices, and handling bill pay refunds
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries and manage accounting email correspondence
- Handle DocuSign agreements and payment forms
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED:
- Previous experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
