We are looking for someone to join our team as an Out-of-Home Production Specialist and deliver the exceptional results our clients have come to expect. We are fast-paced, upbeat, and responsible for presenting our clients with the final phase of OOH: making sure their ads look amazing!

- Collaborate with the Art, Contracting, and Media teams to ensure quality and seamless execution of the production process from receiving creative direction to final proof of performance photos.
- Work with vendors and clients on creative, printing, and installations.
- Validate that content is correct in our proprietary systems so jobs are produced/shipped correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of dates of orders and posting for our clients.
- Work in various vendor systems to ensure quality and accuracy of print items.
- Be able to juggle projects for multiple clients at the same time, often with different account requirements, all while maintaining attention to detail.
- Review photos to confirm that the final posting has the correct creative and looks great before sharing with the client.
- Run reports from various platforms as scheduled/requested and communicate to proper recipients.
- Work closely and stay in communication with all members of the team to ensure all aspects of day-to-day projects are being met.
- Be comfortable in communicating with all levels within ODN, and with vendors and clients.
- 1+ years’ experience a plus if you have worked in OOH or the media industry.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrate ownership attitude with the ability to be analytical and make accurate decisions.
- Consistent and dependable team player, who is highly organized, takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and looks for ways to improve processes.
- Excellent people skills and positive working relationships with other groups and vendors, internally and externally.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and ability to quickly understand proprietary systems.
- Demonstrates core values, desired competencies, and appropriate behaviors at all times.
