VENUE MANAGER via Spune Productions
This role will include a wide range of operational and administrative duties including managing day-of-show (DOS) venue operations and event calendars. The majority of work will be done on-site. Weekly meetings required (in-person and online)
VENUE OPERATIONS
- Manage DOS Staff Calendars: Venue Reps, Box Office, Production, Security
- Consistently work to improve the venue and assist with venue projects
- Assist with creating venue processes pertaining to Staffing, Operations, Production, Bar
- Manage House Production (House Music / TVs)
- Maintain Venue Supplies
- Maintain In-House Marketing materials (print collateral & signage)
DAY OF SHOW MANAGEMENT
- Ensure all Venue events have been advanced properly, all parties notified and documentation logged into information systems
- Manage DOS Staff: Box Office, Production, Merch, Security
- Coordinate Artist Hospitality
- Manage Artist Settlements and DOS Staff Payments
- Create EOD Event Reports for Staffing, Operations, Production, Bar
- Event Cash Flow Management
EVENT CALENDAR MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION
- Streamline communication between Venue and Bar Management
- Manage Event Calendar for Dada and Off The Record Stages (Indoor/Outdoor)
- Special Events Management & Coordination: Holidays, Sponsor Activations, etc.
- Assist with Special Event Marketing
- Assist with Programming Non Music Events: Markets, Local Engagements, Food, etc
- Assist with Bar Program creation for events including drafts, batch cocktails, N/A menus
- Assist with Bar Marketing
- Routinely attend important events in order to provide representation and support
- Limited Event Booking responsibilities (Residencies, Private Events, etc)
CASH FLOW TRACKING & ADMINISTRATION
- Daily Show Auditing & Documentation including Cash Flow Tracker Management: check logs, show revenue, receipts, staff payments, etc.
WEEKLY REPORTING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, DATABASE UPDATES
- Assist Ownership in completing a variety of administrative tasks and misc. projects including reporting, research, compiling documents, correspondence.
- Weekly Agenda Audits
- Misc. projects inputting information into Project Management Systems
Hours & Availability: Salary, based on the demands of the business
Average Hours Per Week: 40-60 hours
Pay Rate: $36,000-$50,000 + bonuses, based on experience
