Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong background in senior leadership, talent management, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee recruitment efforts for all positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Lead employee orientation, development, and training programs

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on HR best practices
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs
Qualifications:
- CDA or 9 ECE credits; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar executive role
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and talent management
