PURPOSE OF JOB:
This position, reporting to the Operations Leader, will lead and perform the activities of inventory control, production support, order fulfillment and logistics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs shipping, kitting, receiving, handling, and warehousing of materials.

Support materials movement and product from receipt of raw materials/assemblies through shipment of finished goods.

Handle logistics and deliveries between sites, contract manufacturers, and external vendors.

Complete daily order fulfillment in accordance with Customer service delivery dates.

Performs ERP transactions related to inventory transfers, adjustments, material consumptions for assembly builds, and returned goods.

Ensures material inventory is maintained at levels to meet production requirements.

Maintains sufficient Kanbans and proactively provides signals to purchasing for reorders.

Responsible for inventory accuracy including cycle counting and annual physical inventory.

Create and maintain a culture based on Respect, Honesty and Delivering Results within the organization.

Maintain an organize warehouse and storage locations.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
-
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in medical device industry.

Proficiency on Material Handler concepts, practices, and procedures within the medical device industry.

ERP warehouse and logistic transactions.
-
High volume Medical device manufacturing.
-
Experience and knowledge of GMP practices and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements.
