The Role:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver expert insights and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to target and acquire new clients.
- Outreach to new prospective client organizations via email, phone, and creative social media campaigns for new account acquisition.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services. You will schedule the meetings and join the meetings too so you can be involved in the entire process.
- Continuously engage with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer additional services as needed.
- Grow existing client relationships.
- Develop a playbook and best practices.

Requirements:
· Fresh graduates (June 2024) or 6 months to 3 years of experience on the sales or account management side.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
· Ambitious and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
· Ability to quickly learn and articulate the company’s services and capabilities.
