JOB REQUIREMENTS
You Must Have:
· One year of experience within the past two years of direct client care experience at a facility, hospital, or home health agency UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A NURSE or have an active CNA certificate.
· Driver’s license
· Reliable transportation to and from work – your own car
· Proof of auto insurance
· Original Social Security card or INS authorization to work in the United States
· Ability to pass a background check, driver’s record check and drug test
· Current TB test: skin test taken less than 12 months prior, chest x-ray taken less than five years prior
· Ability to work either a Saturday or Sunday every week
