We are looking for an Lawn and Ornamental Spray Tech.
The Lawn and Ornamental Spray Technician is responsible for the maintenance of lawns and landscapes of Nozzle Nolen customers. To provide control of pest to lawn areas, shrubs, trees along with nutritional sprays.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license required
- Must be able to drive a Truck or Trailer
- 2 years experience in lawn and ornamental care and be able to identify the root cause of the issue ( preferred but not required)
- Clean driving records for the past 2 years
- Experience with using various pieces of lawn equipment (Gator, Z-sprayer - preferred but not required)
- Good Communicator
- Technological proficiency including use of smart devices
KNOWLEDGED, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers by phone or in person.
- Ability to apply pesticides chemicals in accordance with established regulations and to read, understand and follow chemical label instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate with diverse population.
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly, crawl through attics, use a ladder to access roofs and inspect crawl space.
- Skilled in use of tools and equipment necessary to perform task (includes iPad, termite rods, etc.)
- Physical Stamina
- Ability to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, seasonal weather, damp locations and dusty locations
TRAINING REQUIRMENTS
- Satisfactory completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training
- May be required to complete state certification/licensing process after on-the-job training
- Completion of additional training identified by Supervisor or Human Resources.
