Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our General Contractor and ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Provide general support to General Contractor
- Perform administrative tasks including word processing, data entry, filing, document preparation, prepare client invoices and draw schedules.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventor
-Assist our Remote Accountant as necessary
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Quickbooks
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
