Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Hospitalist to join our esteemed healthcare team
at Ohio Health - a leading medical facility in Athens, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists

The team will consist of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists
24/7 on-call coverage - - round and go model with call from home

Pediatric Hospitalists will perform circs
-
Pediatric Consultations: Provide expert pediatric consultations to the emergency department, offering timely assessments, recommendations, and treatment plans for pediatric patients.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a team of pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI): The ability to participate in CQI initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices.

Knowledge Exchange: Take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of Pediatrix providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers.
