Type: 15-40 hours / week (DOE)
Schedule: Up to 5 days a week including every Saturday and minor Holidays. Closed Sundays.

Role Description
We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. In this role you will lead our digital advertising campaigns (display, search, PPC, OTT), manage outbound (email, SMS) and inbound marketing (blog writing, SEO), and oversee behind-the-scense marketing automations. Secondary duties include selling spas in the showroom, at off-site events, and providing retail floor support. The ideal candidate is a growth minded individual with passion for business development, content creation, and sales. To succeed in this role you must be able to manage your time and projects independently and communicate effectively with your team remotely as the marketing team is located in both the Logan and Kaysville locations. Primary Responsibilities
- Digital advertising campaigns (promotions via display, search, PPC, OTT)
- Outbound marketing (email + sms)
- Inbound marketing (blog writing, content creation, SEO)
- Business profile management (Google Maps, Bing, Yelp, Houzz etc.)
- Marketing analytics (Attribute sales to campaigns)
- Automation management (Zapier, Workflows)
Secondary Responsibilities
- Sell spas in the showroom
- Sell spas at off-site events
- Provide overflow support on the retail floor
Recommended Skills
- Prior experience designing and executing digital advertising campaigns
- Google Ads platform experience
- Google Analytics experience
- Experience in an email marketing platform (Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Klayvio etc.)
- Experience in marketing automation and workflow building
- Experience in Adobe suite, content creation, graphic design and layouts
- Sales Experience
