Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing the maintenance and operation of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate part pickups and deliveries for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs for all vehicles
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary maintenance
- Monitor and track vehicle usage and performance
- Communicate with drivers and maintenance staff to address any issues or concerns
- Maintain records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Assist with other duties as needed to support fleet operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a mechanic-based environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and technology
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Over the age of 25
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
