Position Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business by scheduling appointments with potential clients and maintaining communication with existing clients. You will be responsible for managing incoming leads, making outbound calls, and coordinating schedules to ensure our cleaning technicians have a full calendar of appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to incoming inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, or online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
2. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, generate new business, and schedule appointments for cleaning services.
3. Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
4. Coordinate schedules between clients and cleaning technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and requests effectively.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
7. Stay informed about company services, promotions, and pricing to effectively communicate with clients.
8. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets as established by management.
9. Continuously strive to improve appointment setting processes and contribute ideas for business growth.
10. Represent Easy Living Residential in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or appointment setting role preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
4. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software or willingness to learn.
