Job Title: Product Manager - Acquirer Payment Systems

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager with a strong background in product management and acquirer payment systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments industry, specifically with experience in acquirer payment systems, and a proven track record of successfully managing and launching payment products. This role will be critical in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of our payment solutions to meet market needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for acquirer payment systems in alignment with the company's goals and market demands.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the acquirer payment landscape.
Product Development:
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, requirements definition, development, testing, and post-launch evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality payment products on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Market and Customer Insights:
Understand customer needs, pain points, and behavior through direct interaction, surveys, and data analysis.
Use insights to drive product enhancements, prioritize features, and improve user experiences.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging and sales enablement materials.
Performance and Metrics:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
Continuously analyze product performance data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $152,062.00 - $170,000.00 per year
