Responsibilities:

Assist with all medical record requests

Sort incoming mail and disperse accordingly

Answering incoming phone calls at the home office location and follow up accordingly

Managing calendars and assist with projects
-
Provide assistance to Executive Team members at the home office location as needed
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of an Associates' Degree

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel
-
Willingness to take on ad hoc projects as needed

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Demonstrated sensitivity to handling confidential matters

Flexibility to take on administrative tasks as needed
