We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our production capabilities, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems including PLCs, motor controls, and industrial wiring.
- PLC Programming: Program, diagnose, and repair Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to optimize production processes.
- Equipment Installation: Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems and other machinery.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment.
- CNC, Lathe, Mill, and Machining: Provide maintenance and support for CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
- Technical Support: Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery, including electrical wiring and mechanical adjustments.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and inventory of parts and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in electrical systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting. Experience with CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machining equipment is a significant advantage.
- Education: Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and document maintenance activities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to support production schedules.
