Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. The Banquet Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for banquets, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist in set-up and plate up of banquet food
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a banquet setting
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
