Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and assist in various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office management duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
- Assist with front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Support event planning activities by coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks and data entry.
- Manage office correspondence using DocuSign and other software tools.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain computer literacy to handle various software applications efficiently.
Experience:
- Prior experience in office management or as a clerk is preferred.
- Proficiency in Front desk operations and file organization.
- Familiarity with Event planning processes.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial tasks.
- Competence in using Office software for document preparation.
- Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written materials.
