Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Accountant / Payroll Manager who embodies our core values to become an integral part of our expanding team. As the Corporate Accountant / Payroll Manager, you will have key responsibilities as our organization grows. This includes executing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes following US GAAP, supporting external and internal audits, corporate billing, corporate finance, and completing payroll processes.
The ideal candidate will be entrusted to tackle challenges head-on, demonstrating initiative and ingenuity to develop solutions within the framework of RISE operations. This role demands superior communication skills, a firm grasp of financial principles, and a comprehensive understanding of property management and community association dynamics. Moreover, it necessitates a resilient "find a way" mindset, a tireless work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by multiple concurrent priorities. This person must be able to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP or other accounting standards.
- Payroll Processing:
- Corporate Payroll Processing and Payroll Billing.
- Trouble and resolve any payroll-related system issues.
- Journal Entry
- Corporate accounting
- Multiple Entity Accounting
- Client Invoicing
- Full Cycle Accounting for Multiple Corporate Entities
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Receipts and chargebacks
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Credit Card Tracking

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Expert skill set within QuickBooks for multiple entity accounting.
- Experience within Paylocity for payroll processing.
- Extensive understanding of Excel and ability to generate dynamic reports.

Education/Certification Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred Accounting, Business Administration, communications, entrepreneurship, or similar area of specialization.
· CPA
· Or Experience Equivalent
