Responsibilities
- Follow lesson plans left by the absent teacher and effectively deliver instruction to students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure student engagement.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of instruction.
- Provide feedback to regular classroom teachers regarding student progress.
Qualifications
- College credits in Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of literacy education, math, and curriculum development.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
