Our extremely busy, thriving restaurant, boasting sales in excess of $8 million, is seeking an experienced and dynamic WORKING Executive Chef. This is a rare opportunity for a true leader who understands the importance of mentorship, innovation, and maintaining excellence in the kitchen.
As our Executive Chef, you will:
- Lead by Example: Serve as a role model and mentor to our dedicated kitchen staff, always maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Culinary Expertise: Possess a strong culinary foundation with proficiency in American and Healthy Cuisines.
- Collaborative Vision: Work closely with the General Manager to uphold and enhance the restaurant's vision.
- Creative Freedom: Take ownership of the kitchen and menu development, with the freedom to create and innovate, producing two full menu changes annually with guidance from the GM and Ownership.
- Hands-On Leadership: Demonstrate hands-on leadership, ensuring culinary excellence and consistency.
- Training and Development: Train and inspire staff through day-to-day interactions and structured culinary training programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-casual restaurant setting in a Sous Chef Position and higher.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of culinary professionals.
- Exceptional skills in menu development and execution.
- A keen understanding of high-volume operations and a passion for creating delicious, healthy dishes.

- Directs daily operations of food production, including menu planning, purchasing, ordering, inventory food

- Ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and

- Extremely creative & produce daily specials.
