SUMMARY: The Sales Manager Boxboard is accountable for maximizing all sales and marketing opportunities and generating incremental revenue by identifying, cultivating, and soliciting all prospects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service clients to ensure solid relationships leading to long-term partnerships.
- Identify needs and implement solutions to increase revenue and drive business.
- Provide hands-on sales coaching and field training to sales staff.
- Assist with market research including competitive research and market surveys.
- Special projects and assignments as needed for business.
- Responsible for creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards, in accordance with Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree supply chain management, logistics, business management, or similar field preferred
- 10 years sales experience
- Strong computer, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated, team player.
- Strong external sales experience with demonstrated results.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Managerial experience required.
- Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.
- Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently.
- Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
