* Conduct employee onboarding.
* Enroll employees
to new benefits.
* Visit and support company personnel at
ocations across the state.
* Provide a positive and professional HR experience to field employees and management.
* Perform and run payroll on bi-weekly basis utilizing HR processes (as needed).
* Process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes.
* Point of Contact for retail locations with any questions on timeclocks, payroll or benefits.
* Assist the Executive Vice President of Human Resources with research and special projects.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
* 3 year(s) of human resources experience required.
* 2 years of Payroll Administration experience required.
* Human Resource Information System (HRIS) experience required.
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Must be willing to undergo a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field preferred.
* General knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Cobra, OSHA, Workers Compensation, DOL, and other federal and state laws and regulations preferred.
* Kronos experience preferred.
* HIPPA experience preferred.
* HRCI and/or SHRM certification is a plus.
Physical and Mental Demands
