About The Position:
James+James is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator to work from our retail Store+Woodshop in Springdale. James+James is a fast-paced, NWA e-commerce furniture company that is growing rapidly.
We take our customers' experience from the first website or store visit to post-delivery follow-up very seriously, and we are looking for someone to help us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers throughout the US. This is a part-time (32 hours per week) position that works 4 days a week and reports to our Customer Experience Manager. Some of the work will include retail showroom hours in our downtown Springdale location. The starting pay rate is $19.50/hr, paid weekly. High performing, motivated individuals will find that this position has strong growth potential as our company continues to scale.
Responsibilities & Requirements:

Greet and welcome customers as they enter our retail location, providing a friendly and positive first impression.

Guide customers online, and over the phone in selecting the perfect style, size, and color for their spaces and navigating our unique customization capabilities.

Answer customer questions via text, phone calls, emails and various messaging platforms

Maintain a clean and organized retail store environment, ensuring displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Communicate clarity of expectations and maintain consistency of customer experiences

Participate in store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security measures are followed.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and any ongoing promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.

Co-create and design new experiences with customers

Performs proactive and consistent follow-up with customers before and after the sale.

Provide tools and guidance to support improvement initiatives and to help drive change
