Electrical Project Manager
MEP Project Manager:
The MEP Project Manager is responsible the coordination and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position requires a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and cost control. The MEP Project Manager must be able to effectively manage multiple projects while working with a variety of stakeholders and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the construction process from initiation to completion, including developing and managing schedules, budgets, and procedures.

Lead estimating and bidding efforts for MEP projects.

Oversee the selection and procurement of subcontractors and vendors.

Manage the project team and subcontractors onsite.

Oversee the installation of MEP systems.
-
Provide technical expertise to the project team.

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations.

Ensure that progress is tracked and reported in a timely manner.

Develop and implement a quality control plan.

Resolve design and construction conflicts.

Maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in industrial construction, electrical contracting, commercial construction, electrical systems, MEP, electrical construction, NEC, public works, municipal, construction, federal, medical, healthcare, higher ed, educational, hospitality, K-12, ground-up, addition, hotel, and renovation.

Strong technical knowledge of volts, journeyman electrician, electrician, master electrician, electrical, and electric.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
