Summary of Responsibilities:
Accountable for providing high level administrative support to the Advisor which may include some or all the functions listed below based on the specific business needs.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide new business support to the Advisor, ensuring complete applications, efficient processing and tracking to completion of new business.
- Maintain CRM system for client notes, correspondence and basic information.
- Respond to client requests for the Advisor via telephone and email regarding information on their various financial products.
- Prepare for client meetings with advisor.
- Create and run proposals
- Maintain Office Email, Calendar (set and confirm appointments) for the Advisor.
- Track Advisor’s licensing with the various states, FINRA and/or Continuing Education.
- Adhere to company Compliance guidelines.
- Provide general administrative assistance including filing, copying and typing correspondence.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
- Very strong and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Professional telephone and interpersonal skills a must
- Good organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, can multi-task and meet all expected deadlines efficiently
- Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently within a variety of situations
- Ability to learn new operating systems for business needs
- Willingness to assume additional responsibilities
- Desire to self learn to advance skill set
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
- Life Insurance and/or Investment: 1 year (Required)
