RESPONSIBLE TO:
Business Office Manager
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate, CPR certification (preferred not required), medical office experience with emphasis on Front Office (preferred not required).
GOALS:
Development of professional, empathetic relationships with patients and families, co-workers, medical offices, etc.
Coordinate surgeons’ schedules to maximize facility utilization.
Exercise appropriate judgment in making decisions concerning front desk operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate fully with other patient reps and staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Follow all office policies on scheduling, patient admissions, chart management, patient confidentiality, phones, etc.
Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies and notify Business Office Manager or Director of Nursing of problems with equipment or facility.
Maintain accurate records for scheduling, patient charts (pre and post surgery), and
all other Front Office and/or patient records and documents.
Fully utilize all office equipment (including computers, printers, copiers, phones, fax machine, etc.)
Set up letters, graphs, lists, etc. on computer when needed by Administration and/or Director of Nursing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
