We are looking for an experienced Senior Multifamily Superintendent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide oversight and direction to ensure all projects adhere to specified building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Position Overview: The Senior Multifamily Superintendent oversees the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects while ensuring quality control and safety measures are met. This position will oversee superintendents on other projects in the DMV area also.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee and direct all phases of construction projects, including safety, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and standards.

Inspect construction sites to ensure proper installation and conformance with standards.

Ensure all subcontractors and vendors adhere to safety and quality regulations.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are running effectively.

Provide guidance and direction to lower-level personnel.

Manage and resolve all conflicts or discrepancies that arise during construction.

Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in multifamily construction

Experience as a senior or lead superintendent on ground up multifamily projects

Knowledge of wood frame, ground up, development, and mixed use projects.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
