Huffines Designs Salesperson Job Description:
The Huffines Designs Salesperson is organized, technically savvy, handles multiple tasks concurrently, and is able to communicate clearly and effectively with management staff and customers in support of Huffines’ sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives.

Huffines Designs Salesperson Job Responsibilities:
- Generates accessory and fleet upfit sales by engaging and presenting options to customers
- Works with Huffines Designs advisors as a liaison for custom builds
- Updates and maintains customer information in the designated software system
- Helps schedule and coordinate accessory installation jobs with customers and vendors
- Assists customers with loan car services
- Creates and collects on customer invoices
- Follows up on customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensures protection of customer information by continually following Information security procedures
- Addresses customer concerns and issues or escalates as needed
- Provides courteous and efficient customer service and escorts customers to appropriate department point-of-contact
- Takes ownership of each customer’s experience by immediately owning and resolving issues
- Other duties as assigned
Huffines Designs Salesperson Job Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers and technology systems
- Consistently meet or exceed production goals and expectations
- Effective time management skills
- Professional attire and behavior
- Friendly and customer service focused
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- High school diploma or GED and/or college degree, or relative work experience
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Automotive sales experience helpful
