Position: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Baraboo, WI
Compensation: $60k to $70k plus 10% annual bonus and $5k in relocation allowance
Are you a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a passion for maintaining pristine accommodations? We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Resort Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness standards at our resort.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the resort.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee rooms and public areas meet quality standards.
- Train new staff members on best practices and ensure ongoing training for current employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle guest feedback and address any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
