Exercise is vital for seniors to maintain their health, mobility, and overall well-being. At our Senior Adult Day Care Center, we have openings for instructors to lead low-intensity workouts. Some of the suitable activities include:
- Low-Impact Aerobics
- Strength Training
- Resistance Band Exercises: Enhance muscle tone and flexibility.
- Bodyweight Exercises: Squats, lunges, and modified push-ups for overall strength.
- Yoga: Improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
- Tai Chi: Boost balance and reduce the risk of falls.
- Stretching Routines: Daily stretches for increased flexibility and reduced stiffness.
- Dancing: Fun activity that improves coordination and cardiovascular health.
- Fitness Classes: Senior-specific classes like Zumba Gold or SilverSneakers.
Available Time Slots:
- Monday: 11 AM - 12 PM
- Wednesday: 11 AM - 12 PM
- Friday: 10 AM - 11 AM, 11 AM - 12 PM

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
