Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch workers to appropriate locations, according to policy and customer requests, using online software, email and phones.
- Record and maintain information on customer requests, work or services performed, invoice charges, maintenance agreements, customer financing, or other service information.
- Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions.
- Analyzing information and evaluate the results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Professional and friendly communication with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources.
- Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
- Discuss job performance problems to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable's to keep customer invoices current.
- Ordering material and acquiring quotes from various vendors
- Creating Purchase orders for materials, as well as entering and receiving invoices
- Schedule continued educational trainings for our service, sales, and retrofit teams.
- Keep customers and technicians aware of status of orders and scheduling changes.
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Previous service or HVAC related experience
- Ability to multitask while remaining detail oriented.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to bring members of the group to work together to accomplish tasks.
- Some experience using Quickbooks or other accounting software.
- Comfortable with learning new software programs.
- Must be eligible for OT during busy seasons.
