Position Summary:
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Facility Operations Manager providing support to AFLCMC/HNC a one-of-a-kind Air Force activity which provides life cycle management for information assurance and other critical systems. The division’s primary mission is cyberspace support. AFLCMC/HNC is responsible for technology development, acquisition, sustainment, and demilitarization of cyber security systems or products that provide mission assurance by ensuring warfighter access to the information systems and its products, while denying adversaries access to the same. The division also provides product support to other critical Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD), and national force protection and intelligence systems required by the nation to mobilize, deploy, support, and sustain operations. AFLCMC/HNC is organized into 10 branches spread across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities:
In this position you will have comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of emergency management and building management. You will be responsible for providing established policy on all issues, processes and procedures related to emergency management to building occupants. You will work with the Hanscom Base Safety Manager and other base personnel to coordinate emergency and safety management processes and procedures.
Duties include, but not limited to:

Track requested and scheduled projects relating to design and maintenance of the facility and supporting equipment (e.g., HVAC, Fire Alarm)

Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards

Record and maintain information on safety certifications and inspections

Manage data, adjust and track work orders

Act as a liaison/focal point with all functional branches and shop supervisors

Project and coordinate work schedules and recurring work details (e.g., Snow Removal, Building Clean-up) with management/supervisors of building occupants

Monitor service calls and do-it-now emergency response teams

Collect and record budget information

Coordinate with engineering technicians for mechanical equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire systems, stand-by emergency power, and related preventative maintenance programs

Track the assignment of reserved parking spaces

Track the cleaning and maintenance of the facility

Support Group readiness for Base Readiness Exercises and Unit Compliance Inspection activities as required

Help manage the Division self-inspection process, including checklist tracking and completion, as requested by MICT Administrator

Utilize SOCCER, Workflow, LiveLink, and other necessary Government tracking systems

Facilitate all Official Mail, Fed Ex, and UPS pickups/deliveries

Assist with Emergency Management procedures (e.g., Building Evacuation Plans) to accomplish occupant compliance with accountability requirements

Escorting personnel, visitors, and other parties as needed to complete work duties, subject to local security office or organizational policies
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an active Top Secret clearance
Education: BA/BS, with 4 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, OR

8 years of directly related experience
