We are looking for an Integrated Learning Specialist within the Management Excellence Team who will be responsible for developing Learning & Development content and change management communications that support managers in creating a culture of learning and empowering managers to realize and embody their role in Microsoft’s mission. As part of the Management Excellence team, the Intergrated Learning Specialist will focus on the design and development of manager portfolio content, resources, and change management communications.

Learning Design, Development, and Implementation

Designs and develops learning content for the global management population, including development of new content, repurposing existing content, leveraging existing tools and implementing new, creative, and scalable ways to deliver content

Is looked to for deep learning and development domain expertise in learning solution design, development, and implementation, with knowledge of industry best practices

Leads the process of reviewing learning and development solutions with stakeholders and sponsors, gathering content feedback from relevant stakeholders, partners, and users through various feedback modalities (e.g. focus groups, surveys etc..) and executing updates based off feedback and needs.
Program Execution

Contributes to the implementation of core learning programs within or across teams to ensure smooth, scalable global launches.

Tracks and reports on key metrics ongoing and uses data to continuously improve content and programs.

Executes tactically on individual learning components of the manager portfolio.

Contributes to the mapping of the necessary points of engagement with relevant stakeholders to execute programs and content and address operational needs.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND 6+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management

Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.

Facilitation skills
Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
