Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of the elevators, escalators, fire alarm, other alarm systems, flow rider/wave machine and parking. Manage staff and cleaning department. This position will successfully resolve problems as they occur either directly or by coordinating a plan with Store Management and Regional Management.
Job Responsibility:
· Oversee process and monitor employee work on non-retail components of the store.
· Hire, onboard and train staff, track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed.
· Oversee process and maintenance operations of the building (elevators, escalators, fire alarms and other alarm systems).
· Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health, and security standards.
· Responsible for overseeing operations and safety of the flow rider/wave machine.
· Ensure smooth operation and security of parking facilities.
· Manage cleaning staff work and provide guidance.
· Identify areas for improvement and solve directly or assign maintenance, flow rider/wave machine, parking, and cleaning staff to resolve the issue.
· Coordinate with Store Managers and the Regional Manager for operational/faculty issues that need further efforts.
· Create and give reports to the Regional Manager on the current overall state of the faculties.
· Perform administrative duties such as keeping logs of operational invoices/current contracts, etc.
· Maintain constant communication with managers and staff to ensure proper operations of the store’s faculties.
· Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 or more years of experience as a facility manager.
· High School diploma.
· Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of the store operations.
· Must have a valid Driver’s license.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
· Must be reliable and punctual.
· Lift weight 50 lbs.
· Must love the beach!
