Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have superior organization skills and a high learning aptitude, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing tenant relations, including inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and leases
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Support property managers in lease administration and renewals
- Assist in the preparation of documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for property management tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to owners, tenants and vendors
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer relationships
Requirements:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to property management
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and laws governing property management
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
