This role will support daily activities related to the grant by providing administrative and technical support for all grant projects and partners to ensure the success of the program.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate a schedule of weekly activities considering communication and visits with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain a commercial relationship with producers and third-party wineries that are already included in the company's database such as farmers.
- Manage and prepare sales contracts for farmers.
- Implements and executes the sales and origination plan in line with the general goals of the company.
- Responsible for the origination and sale of grains and by-products in the local and export markets.
- Expand the portfolio of clients and suppliers, as well as manage their incorporation into the database (CRM) in accordance with company policies.
- Establish a continuous relationship with the transport sector to obtain updated rates and relevant commercial information.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal government regulations related to the commercialization of grains and by-products.
- Generate and share with the commercial area a market analysis from your workplace with information generated in your daily activities (local, national and export markets to Mexico).Willingness to support other departments when needed and perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Knowledge of agriculture and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Project management and time-management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, small oce environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
