About Us: The Sack Company is a commercial MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler Millwright & Rigging) company that is currently looking for motivated candidates to join our HVAC Service Division as a sales manager. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we offer comprehensive HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Commercial Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales initiatives in the Statesboro and Savannah areas.
Job Summary: The HVAC Service Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial sales team, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HVAC sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial HVAC market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct sales efforts.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing commercial clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on commercial accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
