We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert PPAP Coordinator, familiar with various quality control processes and procedures.
Job Title: Quality Personnel/ PPAP Coordinator
Reports To: Quality Manager
Summary: PPAP Coordinator is responsible for organizing, completing and maintaining PPAP submissions to customers
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Completing all aspects of PPAP elements including dimensional, layouts, Gage R&R’s, capability studies, Control Plans, PFMEA’s and Process Flow Charts
- Respond to customer requirements and mandated quality initiatives which will vary from customer to customer
- IMDS submissions/requirements/rejections
- Interactions with Suppliers, Engineering, Production and customers
- Complete material submission per customer requirements
- Maintain technical knowledge by reviewing customer quality manuals and any additional customer specific requirements - Customer Subject Matter Expert
- Coordinate /Perform duties related to New Part Launch from the initial stage thru production and shipment to customer
- Detailed oriented and able to complete all documents with accuracy.
