Associate Project Manager, Scheduling (Contract to Hire)
Overview
Talento has partnered with a growing toy company seeking a Contract to Hire Associate Project Manager. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for managing calendars and ensuring all cross functional teams are aware of project status. The person in this role will report to a Sr. role on the Project Management Team. They will work closely with cross-functional (Creative, Product Development Brand, etc) teams on specific brands and will manage the product development development schedule from concept through production. outstanding organizational skills, and sense of urgency are must-haves for this role.
Requirements
- Communicate project statuses, pipeline projects, prioritization of projects.
- Manage the activities of Cross-Functional Teams to Support the Product Launch in time
- Partner with Design to manage team schedules, internal scheduling,
- and check-ins
- Partner with other departments and to balance workload and project flow
- Follow up with cross functional team members on job progress and update project leads
- Input data into Milestone Doc for tracking
- Maintain status and knowledge of ongoing projects.
- Closely monitor specific brands assigned and escalate when deliverables are off calendar in a timely manner to team leads, with a solution focused approach.
- Keep team members on the right track and on schedule
- Attend cross functional meetings
- Manage brands/projects, working independently with limited supervision
- International Project Management for all Multilingual packaging on new mainline items
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 2 - 5 years in product development/product management/project management in a consumer product industry, preferred
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with licensor process and approval stages is helpful
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills

- Proactive approach to managing and executing projects.
- Ability to successfully take on multiple projects at one time.

- Familiarity with licensor process and approval stages is helpful
Pay Rate: $35 - $37 PH DOE
