Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate clerical tasks to optimize office procedures
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages)
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products
- Oversee front desk activities, including welcoming visitors and addressing their inquiries
- Schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle vendor management and relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks)
- Team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
