Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and propose tailored security solutions to potential clients.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of security systems and technologies is a plus.
