Role
We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Coordinator to guide our clients through the initial stages of their transformative journey. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating a seamless onboarding process, ensuring that clients feel supported, motivated, and empowered from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
● Guiding clients through the completion of their intake form (contract)
● Facilitating any necessary payment transactions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
● Providing comprehensive training on our program platforms, equipping clients with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
● Building rapport and instilling confidence in clients by facilitating next-step “homework” and coaching calls
● Addressing client escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring that any concerns or issues are resolved with the utmost care and professionalism.
● Moderating and engaging with our Facebook Ads to foster community engagement and attract new buyers, thereby enhancing the overall client experience.
● Other tasks as needed to support the business and client needs
Core Competencies
The primary duties will include working with clients in multiple aspects to introduce them to the program, ensuring they are confident in their investment and journey. The Onboarding Coordinator is dedicated to educating, empowering, and inspiring clients as they begin their health and wellness journey.

- Ability to relate to an older female audience who struggles with their existing weight
- Fantastic communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and work with diverse clientele
- Ability to inspire, encourage, and support the development of others
- Adaptability: willingness to accept and embrace changing processes, grey areas, and new ideas with ease and enthusiasm
- Detail-oriented, active listener with the ability to help clients
- "Always learning" attitude, driven by the desire to continuously gain knowledge and improve skills
- Proficient with Google Docs or Microsoft Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and high-ticket sales
- Preferably in a field related to behavior change, weight loss, nutrition, or motivational interviewing.
- Sales onboarding experience
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads and social media engagement strategies is a plus.
