Essential Responsibilities
Develop People

Create Great Guest Experiences

Serves as a role model to create memorable guest experiences
Coaches WOW service and creates a welcoming work environment
Gets the team excited in the shift huddles
Fixes bottlenecks and monitors Speed of Service
Makes sure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
Spends time with the guest in the lobby through table touches
Leads shift by delegating duties and following up with crew members
Takes actions to solve and celebrates guest feedback
Operations Routines
Helps maintains the balance between providing a high quality employee and guest
experience, and achieving financial goals
Helps the General Manager execute Krystal 9 operating systems
Uses shift tools and routines to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards are met
Ensures accuracy of inventory, waste tracking and HACCP logs
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent people leadership and guest service skills required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and Above Restaurant Leaders
Ability to resolves issues in compliance with Krystal standards
Must be at least 16 years old
Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
Education and Experience
Restaurant experience is preferred
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 50 pounds
Consistently handles product preparation
Ability to kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
Consistently lifts for product preparation, stocking and inventory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
