Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Representative to join our team. The Field Representative will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing risk factors.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Implement and enforce Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines
- Manage risk factors associated with construction projects
- Utilize construction management software to track progress and document findings
- Collaborate with construction management teams to address any safety concerns promptly
- Stay updated on OSHA regulations and ensure compliance at all times
- Build strong relationships with on-site personnel and provide guidance on safety measures
Skills:
- Proficiency in EHS practices and risk management techniques
- Experience with construction management software for project tracking
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks on construction sites effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams on-site
- Capability to manage compliance issues efficiently
Requirements:
- 5 year dedicated safety experience
- OSHA 510, 30, 10 certification
- First Aid/CPR/AED
- 3 references with resume
