The CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) delivers compassionate care to residents within an Assisted Living environment that upholds their rights, dignity, and freedom of choice. Responsibilities include assisting residents with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and incontinent care, ensuring individualized care based on their needs. Additionally, you will provide personalized attention to residents, fostering their ability to achieve and maintain optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
