Full Time Line Cook at Gage & Tollner
Job Description:
We're looking for a full-time line cook to join our team at Gage and Tollner. Our restaurant is fast-paced, and we take pride in our food and people. We need someone who's dedicated, eager to learn, and passionate about their work. Here's what we're looking for:
Requirements:
- High volume cooking experience
- Basic knife skills
- Vegetable preparation: cleaning, slicing, dicing, and storage
- Station setup, maintenance, and sanitation
- FIFO inventory management and proper labeling
- Mental Mise en Place: organizing workflow and being mentally prepared for your shift
- Managing daily station setup, inventory and prep needs
- Proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Respect and teamwork
Additional Expectations:
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift at least 50 pounds
- Punctuality and readiness for work
- Being able to show up to work with a commitment to being detail-oriented, professional, upbeat, and supportive as a team member.

Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour based on experience, with lots of room for growth
