We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist who understands how to provide superior patient care and who values working in a professional, friendly environment. We are a fast paced office that is continually growing, and we need an individual who can facilitate a conducive work environment that keeps up with our pace.
JOB DUTIES:
Greet patients, verify and update patient information, schedule patient appointments, check in and check out patients, fill in cancellations, confirm appointments, prepare patient treatment plans, arrange patient payment schedules, organize referrals, prepare claim forms for insurance, safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality, monitor and maintain front office inventory, engagement coordinator for social media.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- DENTAL/MEDICAL front desk experience in the dental field
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis
- Knowledge of computer software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, Soft Dent, EasyDental.
- Working knowledge of dental insurance
- Digital fluency on multiple social media platforms.

This is a full-time position with free dental, paid holidays, paid vacation, uniform allowance, continuing education allowance, and 401K. As we continue to grow, so will our perks.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
