Project Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team and lead the electrical installation on a landmark luxury residential tower project in the Fort Myers, FL area. This exciting and challenging project involves ~100 customized units (3-4K sq. ft. each), 4 guest suites, 2 pools, and 102 private garages, requiring a foreman with exceptional expertise and leadership abilities. Responsibilities:

- Direct all on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Supervise and mentor field electricians and apprentices.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality work and timely performance.
- Maintain detailed progress reports and communicate effectively with the entire project team, including the General Superintendent, Project Superintendent, and Project Manager.
- Champion safety compliance and uphold Copperline Electric's quality standards.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- electrical construction setting.
- Experience working in commercial dwelling units is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while also fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Certified or trained in OSHA30, Fall Protection, Ladder Safety, and Equipment Operation, or must complete certification within a designated time frame (at the company's expense).
