We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, diagnostic evaluation, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in patient care and treatment planning.

Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
